Digital collages inspired by space exploration and 60’s sci-fi cinema.
This is a personal exploration project. I used my still life photography skills to reproduce images from books and magazines in my possess. My goal was to create very organic & filmic feeling posters.
This composition was the driver of the whole project. After seeing a lot of sci-fi movies and reading some books I had the inspiration to create this poster. The collage had to be nostalgic and reminds to the viewer of a past space exploration age.
I’ve invested a lot of time in researching every detail of the collage. My idea was that the Spaceman’s suite contained all the pieces. The goal was to achieve a complex composition inspired also by the painter Hieronymus Bosch.
